We are opening full-time graduate intern positions with a minimum commitment of 3 months. We believe in empowering individuals who are passionate about fashion and retail, offering opportunities for hands-on experience across various departments within our organization.
Available Full-Time Intern Positions (Minimum 3-Month Commitment):
Merchandising-Support product selection and inventory management to ensure optimal product offerings in stores and online.
Fashion Design- Assist in creating innovative fashion collections and contribute to the design process from concept to execution.
Planning-Aid in demand planning and inventory control, ensuring products are available at the right time and place.
Retail Operations-Support store operations and performance monitoring, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
Visual Merchandising-Design and implement attractive in-store displays to engage customers and showcase our fashion collections.
Marketing-Assist in content creation, social media campaigns, and market research to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Finance-Support budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to ensure effective resource allocation and financial growth.
IT-Maintain IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the company’s technology infrastructure.
HR-Assist with recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management to build a positive company culture.
Eligibility:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion, Retail, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, or related fields.
Passion for fashion and retail, and eagerness to learn.
Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum period of 3 months.
No prior experience required, though any relevant exposure is a plus.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of the respective field (Merchandising, Design, Planning, etc.).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic experience with digital tools for remote work (for certain positions).
